Traditional medicinals' smooth move bagged tea is made with certified usda organic and verified non-gmo ingredients.

Each box contains 16 tea bags of our naturally caffeine free herbal tea. Our primary ingredient, senna leaf, helps with the body's response to occasional constipation. See label for warnings and risks.

Key highlights

A single serving provides and effective dose of sennosides from senna leaf, which have proven stimulant laxative action. Peppermint, licorice and fennel are traditionally combined with senna to ease discomfort and reduce cramping.

Peppermint Smooth Move Senna provides gentle, overnight relief of occasional constipation (irregularity). Senna leaf promotes bowel movements by direct action on the intestine.

Organic senna leaf, Organic peppermint leaf, Organic licorice root, Organic fennel fruit.

Other ingredients: All ingredients certified organic.

How to use

Pour 8 oz freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag.

Cover & Steep for 10-15 minutes.

Squeeze tea bag to ensure maximum goodness.

Drink 1 cup, preferably at bedtime.

Adults and children 12 years and older: drink 1 cup preferably at bedtime.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.                                                   

We do not offer prepaid labels and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 - 5 days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
