How to use

As a day treatment: apply without massaging, gently smoothing a very thin layer onto a cleansed face, neck and décolleté area.

Apply make-up right away. As a make-up base: apply over your regular skincare product in the morning or evening, then apply your Clarins foundation.

As a mask: apply a thin layer 2-3 times per week. Leave it on for 10 minutes. Remove the excess with water, apply your lotion with cotton pads and pat dry.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not offer prepaid labels and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 - 5 days.
