    Jarrow Formulas® Prebiotic Inulin-FOS features Orafti® Synergy1, a combination of Inulin and FOS (FructoOligoSaccharides) soluble prebiotic fibers, which promote the growth of friendly bacteria to yield important metabolites, including lactic acid and the short chain fatty acids acetate, propionate and butyrate. Lactic acid helps to maintain proper pH in the gut, discourage growth of unfriendly bacteria, reduce the absorption of toxic ammonia and positively affect bone health by increasing the bioavailability of dietary calcium.     Damages and issues
